Instructions
Combine the red onion, Jalapeño, Pineapple, green onions, sriracha, mustard, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and water in a bowl. Mix together.
Place the chicken into the CrockPot and top with the mixture.
Cook on High for 3 hours or Low for 5 hours.
Shred the chicken.
Prepare the CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas. They're ready in minutes, using your microwave or skillet.
Serve the chicken on the tortillas, top with slaw, toppings, and the Spicy Cilantro Jalapeño Sauce.
