CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas are Vegan and dairy-free, plus Cauliflower is the first ingredient. They’re available in Original and Grain Free and can be found in the freezer or refrigerator aisle of your grocery store.
Mix the CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas with the sweet from the pineapple and the spice from the jalapeño and you have a tasty taco! Plus, who doesn’t love a quick, easy, and delicious meal?
What To Serve With This Dish
This Pineapple Chicken is not only amazing in tacos, but you can also serve as enchiladas, quesadillas, salad, rice bowls, and so much more.
How to Make It
So, want to know how to make these Pineapple Chicken Tacos? Here’s how:
- Combine the red onion, Jalapeño, Pineapple, , sriracha, mustard, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and water in a bowl. Mix together.
- Place the chicken into the CrockPot and top with the mixture.
- Cook on High for 3 hours or Low for 5 hours.
- Shred the chicken.
- Prepare the CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas. They’re ready in minutes, using your microwave or skillet.
- Serve the chicken on the tortillas, top with slaw, toppings, and the Spicy Cilantro Jalapeño Sauce.

CrockPot Pineapple Chicken Tacos

- Slow Cooker
Ingredients
Pineapple Chicken
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup red onion chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, minced leave the seeds in
- 1 1/2 cups chopped Pineapple fresh or can
- 2 tbsps green onions, chopped Optional
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 tsps minced garlic about 3 cloves
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup water if needed
Toppings
- CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas or Flour tortillas
- Spicy Cilantro Jalapeño Sauce grab the recipe below
- Slaw mix
- Any extra toppings you like
Instructions
