Ingredients
- Avocado
- Red Onion
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Carrots
- Blue cheese crumbles
- Buffalo Ranch dressing (see below for how I make it)
- TruRoots Roasted Garlic Quinoa and Brown Rice Blend
Directions
- Slice/Chop the avocado, red onion, tomatoes, and carrots.
- Prepare the Buffalo Ranch dressing by mixing 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Dressing with 1 tablespoon of Franks Red Hot sauce. Adjust how hot you want it by adding more.
- Top everything on a bed of TruRoots Roasted Garlic Quinoa and Brown Rice Blend and you have a delicious meal.
