5 Reasons Why we Switched to a Water Dispenser

This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. #ParentingWithPrimoH2O #CollectiveBias

As a mom I’ve always been concerned with our water. I grew up drinking tap water and thinking nothing of it, but as an adult I have learned how dangerous tap water can be to drink on a regular basis. That’s why my family and I recently made the switch to the Primo® First Steps Bottom-Loading Water Dispenser.

Why Primo? They work to help families drink more water, better water, every day because Primo® is one decision towards a lifetime of health. I can give you tons of reasons why I made the switch and why you should too, but ultimately these are my top 5 Reasons why we switched to a Primo water dispenser.

1- Hard water

We have really hard water. It’s so hard that about every other month I have to clean all our faucet spouts to stay ahead of the calcium buildup. For this reason alone I don’t want anyone in our home drinking tap water. But even standard tap water can contain contaminants and other chemicals that purified water does not.

2- No More Buying Disposable Water Bottles

Before getting the Primo® First Steps Bottom-Loading Water Dispenser we would purchase cases of water, and as a family of 5, with a formula fed baby, we would go through them like crazy. It’s crazy to think that 1,100 single use bottles is equivalent to one 5-gallon Primo water bottle! So needless to say, stopping this allows us to save money plus I’m helping the environment by not contributing to more plastic waste.

3- Water for Baby Formula

As a parent you know how important your children are to you. You want to make sure everything you feed them is healthy and good for them. If you’re like me then you spend hours trying to figure out what’s the best formula, and choosing your water is as important as the formula you choose. For the first time ever, great tasting drinking water and baby formula ready water combine with the Primo® First Steps Bottom-Loading Water Dispenser.

While the water dispenser has a feature where it provides cold, warm or hot drinking water for everybody to enjoy, the warm water is also unique as it supplies water at 98.6-104° Fahrenheit, specially designed for mixing baby formula. This feature makes making baby bottles a breeze, but, more importantly we are assured out little guy has safe water.

4- Kids health

Just like with my baby, I’ve been concerned with my 2 daughters drinking tap water. Why not be safe with what you give your kids and make the switch? Plus, this water dispenser is the perfect way to give your kids better water right from the start…and they can get in the habit of getting themselves water.

What’s also great is that the water dispenser has a child-resistant safety feature
for the piping-hot water, so you don’t need to worry about little ones’ accidentally burning themselves. It also has a self-sanitizing function that boils water in the warm water reservoir to
 ensure quality.

5- Convenience

Finally, the convenience of having the Primo® First Steps Bottom-Loading Water Dispenser has been great! It’s super easy to use with the bottom-loading design, just push the bottle in the cabinet, and done!
The water dispenser uses 3 or 5-gallon water bottles (sold separately) and it sets up in minutes so you can start hydrating in no time. No tools, plumbing or installation is required.

Gives everyone access to safe, great-tasting Primo® water today with the First Steps Bottom-Loading Water Dispenser. This dispenser will grow with your family’s needs! Visit a retailer near you (Store locator URL holder) and try it out for yourself!

Primo® is the only brand that delivers best in class dispensers for the home + bulk water either exchange or refill water. Go check out & purchase the Primo water dispenser for yourself. Or, if you’re expecting and are not ready quite yet, add it to your baby registry today- you won’t regret it!

Enjoy!
