Sweet & Spicy Strawberry Pineapple Sparkling Punch

As the weather heats up and we continue to spend time at home, my family and I are starting to find new ways to enjoy our time together. Our kitchen has become a popular spot, and our most recent favorite thing is making new and exciting mocktails; like this Sweet & Spicy Strawberry Pineapple Sparkling Punch made with Perrier® Strawberry.

Even with all our typical routines coming to a halt, we still find ourselves just as busy as before. Working, homeschooling, and entertaining 3 little kids, is no easy feat. So, to slow things down we started taking more time for ourselves every evening. It’s a time we sit back, unwind, turn off technology for a minute, and enjoy a refreshing mocktail!

I love mixing and matching ingredients you typically wouldn’t combine. With this Strawberry Pineapple Sparkling Punch you get the perfect blend of Sweet & Spicy, with the delicious bubbles from the Perrier® Strawberry, all which is exactly what I love!

So, want to know how to make this Sweet & Spicy Strawberry Pineapple Sparkling Punch? Here’s how:

Ingredients

Perrier® Strawberry Flavored Carbonated Mineral Water, 1-2 cans
½ cup pineapple, chopped
½ cup strawberries, chopped
1 jalapeno, sliced
chili lime seasoning, optional
Extra sliced pineapple & strawberries for garnish
Ice

Directions

Wash, trim, and halve strawberries.
Chop pineapple to small cubes or slices.
Add about 1/2 cup of the pineapple & strawberries to a blender, and puree. Once finished you can pass the puree through a fine strainer if you don’t like the extra bits.
Prep your glasses with a chili lime seasoning rim and ice.
Spoon anywhere from 2-4 teaspoons of the puree into each glass. Keep in mind the more you add will make the drink sweeter.
Next, top with a couple pieces of sliced strawberry, pineapple, and jalapenos.
Finally, pour Perrier® Strawberry into each cup (about 1/2 cup).
Mix well and enjoy!
