- Food Processor
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cilantro loosely packed
- 1/2 cup sour creme
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 jalapeño (remove seeds for less heat)
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 2 tbsps green onions chopped
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy.
- Add salt to taste
- Optional: Refridergate 30 minutes before use.
- Serve as a sauce or salad dressing
