Last year I’ve started a new tradition with my oldest daughter where every year we try to make custom ornaments. This year has been no exception and we made custom “ooniements” using Oonies by Moose Toys.
Making the ornaments with Oonies was a fun process that my daughter loved. Oonies stick to each other so kids can make amazing creatures and designs – with no mess!
To use the Oonies machine you start by taking an Oonie pellet, place it in the inflator and watch it magically grow in to an Oonie! My daughter, who is 4, was able to do the entire thing by herself.
After you inflate the Oonie pellet you can then accessorize and decorate them however you like. She loved the idea of making a dog/cat ornament while I made a snowman and a Christmas tree.
They stick together perfectly and my daughter loved dressing up the Oonies. She was so excited to hang it on our tree to display for everyone.
After making our Holiday ornaments the fun didn’t stop there! She has since made several Oonies and asks to use the machine everyday! Of course she thinks Oonies are the coolest way to create!
