Oh, the wonderful world of paint prep; my least favorite step! Once I have my paint color picked out I tend to get super excited about getting it on the walls. The only problem is most walls need prep work, and this bathroom was no exception.
I removed all the fixtures/towel racks from the walls with the intention of replacing them with new ones where I best saw fit. So, we had several areas to prep.
We also removed the small counter shelf that went over the toilet when we replaced the counters, so you can see extra prep was needed.
Then came the molding. We ripped out the old molding when we demoed this room.
Now to see the color I picked out on the walls, yeah! The color before was yellow, I’m sure at one point it was nice, but now its just a really dirty looking yellow. The color I picked was a beige shade with grey tones.
