The marinade is quick and easy to make, plus it also doubles as a great salad dressing. I love enjoying this Orange Cilantro Chili Lime Chicken as is with a side of veggies or served as a salad. It would also be great for tacos.
Here’s how to make it:
Grilled Orange Cilantro Chili Lime Chicken
* 1lb boneless chicken breasts or strips
* 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
* 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 garlic cloves chopped finely
* 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2-1 teaspoon red chili flakes, depending on how spicy you want it.
* 1 teaspoon brown sugar
* ½ teaspoon ground Cumin
Combine all the ingredients together and marinade the chicken. You can marinade as little as 30 minutes or for more flavor I suggest overnight.
