What does the Cricut Bright 360 do?

This might be the biggest question about the new product, and to sum it up quickly, it’s a very bright adjustable LED desk light for all your crafting needs. Easily see more craft project details with it’s large head that will evenly light up your entire workspace. Then, with a gentle push of your hand it will pivot, rotate, and move the light exactly where you need it. Not only is it great for projects, but it’s a great light for taking pictures to post, share, or admire.

Does it adjust?

The new Cricut Bright 360 adjusts in several ways. First, is offers adjustable brightness (read on below to see more) while it also is a fully adjustable light with 4 points of articulation. You can pivot, rotate, and glide across 360 degrees. The Cricut Bright 360 is perfect to reposition so you can focus light right where it’s needed. Plus, the broad head illuminates up to four square feet without getting in your way so you can see and do more.

How bright is it and what colors are the light?

Cricut Bright 360 has adjustable brightness up to 1500 lux (table model) or 3000 lux (floor model). Plus, light color temperature from warm to cool white. If you’re wondering what Lux is, it’s a measure of how intense or bright the light is that falls on a particular surface area. Cricut Bright 360 lux ratings are for a 4 square foot (0.37 square meter) area. Bottom line, you can see every detail with less eye strain by adjusting the brightness level.

When it comes to color, you can adjust the light color temperature from warm to cool white, and with a 95 CRI, Cricut Bright 360 reveals rich, accurate colors.

Does it get hot?

If you have little kids this can be pretty important, at least for me it is. But the Bright 360 uses LEDs that do not emit as much heat as incandescent bulbs, so they don’t feel hot to the touch. The Cricut Bright 360’s construction also allows cool-to-the-touch surfaces for one to safely adjust the lamp. No need to worry if little hands touch it!

How long will it last?

A very long time! Cricut Bright 360 Lamps have an array of LED bulbs in the lamp head. Not only are they long-lasting, but the LEDs have been tested to last over 40,000 hours. So, no need to worry about changing the LED bulbs since the bulbs are not replaceable.

Finally, is it worth the money?

Yes, yes, and yes! I honestly wish I had this LED light sooner. It’s made such a difference when it comes to weeding delicate designs and as well as working in the evening with no natural light. This Cricut Bright 360 has exceeded my expectations and then some, so I highly recommend it.
