Creating an Outdoor Space with a new Rattan Sectional

My backyard has been a never ending project. Over the years we have installed a new wall, planters, a flagstone patio addition, new landscaping, and so so much more. It’s hard to believe we’re only about 75% done, but it’s been worth every moment. My goal, has always been to create an outdoor oasis, or a place where it feels like I extended my indoor living.

Well, with my latest project I feel like I’ve finally created a outdoor living space with a new Rattan Sectional from Wayfair!

I’ve been wanting a outdoor sectional forever, but finding the right one has been hard. It had to be weather-resistant since I have already gone through a couple wood furniture sets, and I ultimately wanted it to be a gray wicker rattan. So, when I found the Augusta 6 Piece Rattan Sectional Seating Group, I was set.

It checked off all my requirements plus it came with a glass top coffee table, an ottoman, a armchair, one slipper or middle chair and two corner chairs, all with seat and back cushions. Most importantly the price was right!

When it comes to creating an Outdoor Space, form and function is everything. Adding a new outdoor conversation set helped me create and define a space in my yard. I use to have this area as my dining space, but it rarely got used. Now that I have this wicker set, it makes for a cozy and comfortable space to sit back and view the rest of my yard.

Since I’m always moving and rearranging my furniture to makes things feel refreshed, I love that with this set, I have the option to move the furniture pieces around to create different seating arrangements.
