What To Serve With This Dish
Chimichurri is delicious in so many ways. Now I use it on everything from chicken, steak, shrimp, and much more. Plus, it works great as both a marinade or a sauce.
Depending on how you want to use this Cilantro Chimichurri you can make it 2 ways. If you plan on using it as a marinade, you can toss everything into a food processor and chop it up that way.
It will end up looking a little different, but the taste will be just the same.
How to Make It
So, want to know how to make these Cilantro Chimichurri Marinade & Sauce? If you want to use the Cilantro Chimichurri as a sauce I suggest making it as follows:
1. Finely chop the cilantro, parsley, red onion, and red chili peppers.
2. Add the minced garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, lime juice and olive oil.
3. Stir everything together
4. Pair with chicken, steak, or shrimp. Serve and Enjoy!

Cilantro Chimichurri Marinade & Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cilantro about 2 large handfuls
- 1 cup fresh parsley 1 large handful
- 1/2 cup red onion about 1/2 of an onion
- 1-2 red chili peppers
- 1 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp lime juice 1-2 limes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
