Most people either love or hate Brussel Sprouts. I use to think I hated them, but as I tried more and more recipes I fell in love! So much so, they became a pregnancy craving during my 3rd pregnancy. Now, I can’t seem to get enough of them, especially this Air Fryer Crispy Everything Bagel & Parmesan Seasoned Brussel Sprouts recipe.
These Brussel Sprouts are so yummy, they don’t even taste like a veggie. Plus, with simple ingredients you can have them ready in no time.
How to Make It
So, want to know how to make these Crispy Everything Bagel & Parmesan Seasoned Brussel Sprouts? Here’s how:
1- Rinse Brussel sprouts off and add them to medium sauté pan with about 2 cups of water.
2- Cover and cook over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes.
3- In a small bowl combine Parmesan cheese and everything bagel seasoning. Set aside.
4- Drain Brussel sprouts and allow to cool, then half & quarter each Brussel sprout. (If you’re in a hurry, you can add Brussel sprouts to cold water with ice to cool faster.)
5- Next, add cut Brussel sprouts in a mixing bowl and toss with olive oil.
6- Then toss them in the Parmesan cheese and everything bagel mixture.
7- Transfer the Brussel sprouts to the air fryer. Cook for 15-20 minutes at 375-380°F or until crispy. Make sure to toss a couple times during cooking.
8- Serve and Enjoy!
